Improvement Program
The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) sets forth a schedule of
projects to be undertaken during a five-year planning cycle.
Although the CIP is a multi-year program, only the first year of
projects are budgeted. By design the CIP is a “working document”
that accommodates changing priorities and/or changes in financial
resources. This active-agenda approach allows for the CIP to be a
more flexible and responsive planning tool.
