The City of Elkhorn Engineer, Gary Welsh, P.E., of
Bonestroo is a
registered professional engineer. The City Engineer performs all
duties prescribed for City Engineers by Wisconsin Statutes and all
other duties as designated by the Common Council or City
Administrator. The City Engineer also serves as an ex officio
member of the Plan Commission. Gary’s office is located
downtown at 7 S. Wisconsin St. and can be reached at (262)723-8110
(Office) or (262)215-0260 (Cell), Monday through Friday,
8:00am-4:00pm.
