Planning and Land Use

The City of Elkhorn is committed to the planning principles established by Wisconsin Act 9 (Smart Growth) in all matters related to land use. To effectively guide community growth and development the City engages the services of Teska Associates as its planning consultant. In this capacity, Teska Associates provides advice and support to the Plan Commission and Common Council on matters of annexation, land use/land division, and comprehensive planning. The Elkhorn 2030 Comprehensive Plan was prepared with the assistance of Teska Associates.
