The softball season is scheduled to begin the 1st week of May.  The season will continue through mid-August.  The Elkhorn Parks & Recreation Department is offering Men's and Co-ed softball slow pitch leagues for the 2010 season.  The limited arc limit for all leagues is 6'-12'.  The leagues use ASA bat rules and playing rules with some local modifications.  The softball season is scheduled to begin the 1st week of May.  The Parks and Recreation Director reserves the right to make any adjustments of leagues in order to provide balanced competition.

Men's Slow Pitch Softball
The Parks and Recreation is planning for two divisions.  Games will be played on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Co-Ed Softball
The unique rules governing Co-Ed Softball help the sport remain recreational as opposed to being highly competitive.  Games will be played on Wednesday nights.

Returning teams from 2010 will have priority in league play registration.  Registration for returning teams will be open until March 18, 2011.  Sign up after the March 18th deadline will be on a first come/first serve basis.  Returning teams who register after the deadline are not guaranteed a spot in the league.  New teams may register after March 18th.

Entire fee is due at the time of registration, along with a preliminary team roster.  We will not be taking deposits.

Fees:    Team fee                             $375
