Seasonal Parking Regulations

Spring is around the corner; however, snow can still occur so please remember seasonal parking restrictions remain in effect until April 1, 2010.  It is important to follow these regulations through the winter season to allow the street crew to more efficiently and effectively plow the city streets. 

Parking will be permitted on the even numbered sides of the street on the odd days.  To eliminate the necessity for moving the vehicles from one side of the street to the other at midnight, the day will be a 24-hr period, beginning the preceding day at 5:01 p.m. that calendar day.

FOR EXAMPLE:  If tomorrow is the 15th , an odd numbered day, the vehicle should be parked on the odd numbered side of the roadway beginning at 5:01p.m.on the 14th.  All posted no parking zones remain in effect.  Avoid parking within10-ft of a mailbox or driveway to ensure mail delivery and proper snow removal.
