Three ways to pay your utility bill
Utility Bills
are sent out the last working day of each month for the previous
month’s consumption. The City offers the following methods of
paying utility bills:
-
By mail, drop off at City Hall during office hours, or use the
drop box located at the main entrance of City Hall;
-
Direct Payment Plan allows the customer to have their utility
bill payment automatically deducted from his or her checking or
savings account. A Debit Authorization Agreement is available at
City Hall;
-
Credit Card, Debit Cards and Electronic Check (echeck) payments are accepted through Official Payments
Corporation via telephone at (800)2PAY-TAX [(800)272-9829] or
online by clicking here. Please
include jurisdiction code 5869. There is a nominal fee charged
for this service. The City cannot accept these payments
at the counter.
Having difficulties paying your utility bill?
The City of Elkhorn would like to suggest making weekly or
bi-weekly payments on your account in addition to your monthly
payment.
