Elkhorn Business Park

Located at the I-43 and Wisconsin State Highway 67 interchange, the Elkhorn Business Park offers fully improved sites for commercial and professional offices as well as light manufacturing facilities.  Enhancing the Park’s desirable location is its adjacency to Babe Mann Park which affords residents of the Business Park access to a 45-acre City-owned recreation facility.

Established in the late 1970’s as a 120-acre industrial park, the Elkhorn Business Park was expanded to more than twice its original size in the mid 1990’s.  Today the Park covers more than 300 acres and is home to a diverse economic base of professional services, commercial offices, and manufacturing businesses.  Among the businesses calling the Park “home” are: Everbrite Inc., Bonestroo Engineering; OMV Corporation, Alliant Energy, Aurora Health Center; and AmericInn.
