The City of Elkhorn bills for Electric, Water, Sewer, and Garbage/Recycling services.
Electric and Water Construction/Outage inquiries and requests (not billing related) are handled by the Utility Operations Center at 400 Koopman Lane, Elkhorn WI 53121, (262)723-3138. For Power Outages after-hours call (262)723-3229 or for Water Department emergencies after hours call (262) 325-5766.
New Utility and Existing Utility Customer Accounts and Billing ALL billing questions must be phoned in and are handled by the City's Finance Department at the City of Elkhorn Administration Offices, located at 311 Seymour Ct, Elkhorn WI 53121, (262)723-2910 choose the billing option when prompted.
Sewer and Garbage/Recycling Services - Public Works Department are handled by the Department of Public Works 311 Seymour Ct., Elkhorn WI 53121, (262)723-2223. Streets, storm sewer and sanitary sewer emergencies after hours call (262) 729-2167.
