Utility Bill Information
Your Elkhorn Light & Water bill will be mailed the last working day of the month for the previous month's consumption and is due on the 20th of the following month. For example, the bill for consumption for the month of March is mailed the last working day of April and due May 20th. The bill may include charges for Electric, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Fire Protection and Public Benefits.
