Alcohol Retailers Licenses
(The following information is not comprehensive; refer to Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 125 Alcohol Beverages and City of Elkhorn Ordinances related to alcohol for complete regulations.)
Types of licenses for retail sale of alcohol beverages.
Applying For Alcohol Licenses
License years are July 1 through June 30. Please contact the City Clerk's office to find out about license availability. Use the new applicant packet, located in the supporting documents section below to apply. Contact the City Clerk for additional questions.
Contact the City Clerk to set up an appointment to submit your completed paperwork; paperwork will not be accepted without an appointment.
