Administrator

The City Administrator is the City’s chief administrative officer and is responsible for the day-to-day management of City services.
The City Administrator attends all Common Council meetings and reports directly to the Council on all matters of municipal operations.
Among other duties, the Administrator is the City’s Budget Officer and is charged with the preparation and submittal of the Annual Operating and Capital Budget.
Additional areas of responsibility include Human Resources/Labor Relations; Risk Management; and Community Development.
