Engineer
The City of Elkhorn Engineer, Mike Timmers, of Kapur & Associates is a registered professional engineer. The City Engineer performs all duties prescribed for City Engineers by Wisconsin Statutes and all other duties as designated by the Common Council or City Administrator. The City Engineer also serves as an ex officio member of the Plan Commission. His office is located at 6025 S. Pine Street in Burlington and can be reached at (262)758-6023 (Office) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
