Development Areas

The City of Elkhorn Comprehensive Plan identifies several development areas in which business expansion is encouraged. Elkhorn Business & Industry Park

Located at the interchange of I-43 and State Highway 67, the Elkhorn Business and Industry Park is owned by the City of Elkhorn. Sites ranging from 1 to 4 acres are available for both commercial office and manufacturing uses.
