US 12 (WIS 20 to WIS 67/US 12 Split)- Upcoming Road Closure Notice
Upcoming Construction Operations (Week of 6/3/2024):
- US 12 is anticipated to close between WIS 20 and WIS 67/US12 Split during the week of 6/3/2024, currently this is projected to take place on Wednesday 6/5/2024.
- Traffic Control Setup and Earthwork operations are anticipated to begin during this week. This work includes the following:
- Grading and Excavation at the intersection of US 12/County ES and near the Sugar Creek Bridge on US 12.
Traffic Updates:
- US 12 is anticipated to close Wednesday June 5th, a detour route utilizing WIS 20, I-43 and WIS 67 will be implemented at that time. (See above construction notice with detour map, additional details to be sent at a later date.)
- The project is anticipated to start on Wednesday June 5th and wrap up by this fall.

Resident and Business Access:
- Resident and business access will be maintained on US 12/County ES, however the crossing over the Sugar Creek (Between County A and County ES) will be fully closed for the duration of the bridge work.
- It is anticipated that local traffic will use alternate routes other than the signed detour.
