Extraterritorial Zoning with the Town of Sugar Creek
On October 16, 2023, the Elkhorn Common Council passed a resolution declaring its intent to exercise extraterritorial zoning power for a portion of the Town of Sugar Creek. In addition, the Common Council adopted an interim ordinance to preserve existing zoning in the extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction area of the Town of Sugar Creek while a comprehensive zoning plan is being prepared.
