Proposed Amendment to City of Elkhorn Comprehensive Plan 2040
The City of Elkhorn has received a request to amend the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation of approximately 69.62 acres located on the east side of Lincoln Street north of I-43 from Highway Oriented Commercial and Light Industrial to Highway Oriented Commercial and Higher Density Residential. A public hearing is scheduled for November 3, 2022 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the City Administration Office at 311 Seymour Court, Elkhorn WI.
