Before & After School Hours (BASH)

STUDENTS: Available only to Jackson Elementary and Westide Elementary students. Bussing is only currently available to and from the Rec Center for these schools.
LOCATION: Elkhorn Recreation Center
MORNING: 7:00AM until the bus picks up from the Rec Center.
AFTERNOON: Bus drop off at the Rec Center until 5:30PM.
DATES: September 3 - June 5 during the times above, and only on days when the EASD is holding classes.
ATTENDANCE: We do not prorate for any absences, planned or sick days. When the Elkhorn School District is closed, we are closed (snow days, holidays, scheduled no school days).
DEPOSIT: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
PAYMENT PLAN: Three options are available in the payment plan: 1. Pay in full, 2. Pay 1/2 in August and 1/2 in January, 3. Pay bi-monthly August - April.
The first payment of the payment plan will be due August 1st. Other than the deposit, we will not take payment for this program prior to August 1st.
A valid credit/debit card MUST be on file for these payments. It will be automatically charged according to the dates and amounts agreed to on your payment plan. There is a 3.3% processing fee when a card is charged. You can bypass this fee by coming in to pay by cash or check a minimum of 2 business days prior your due date.
REGISTER: REGISTRATION IS OPEN! The $50 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time you register and reserve your child's spot. Please call 262-741-5114 during office hours (8:00AM-4:30PM Mon.-Fri.).
