- View your bills, consumption history and pay your bill online for by registering with Municipal Online Payments through the link "Online Utility Payment". Please consider going green and opting out of receiving paper bills.
- Watch your bill for disconnect information. A disconnect date will appear below the past due amount if your service is subject to disconnection.
- Rate Schedules and Rules are available at City Hall or under Utility Rates in column to the right.
- Need assistance paying your electric or heating bills? You may be eligible for Home Energy Plus (A Low Income Assistance Program). Call Energy Services of Walworth County at (262)427-8505 319 N Wisconsin St, Elkhorn WI to make an appointment from October 1 to May 15.
