Utility Field Operations
Here at the Utility Field Operations Center, we strive to provide Elkhorn customers with reliable and safe energy and water, outstanding service, responsiveness, and accessibility to enhance their quality of life at the lowest reasonable cost.
The Utility Field Operations Center includes both Electric and Water Service. It is located at 400 Koopman Lane. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For all NON BILLING utility service work requests (for example, street lights out, power outages, new construction services or service upgrades) call (262)723-3138. After-hours call (262)723-3229 for electric and water emergencies.
*New and existing utility customer accounts and ALL billing are handled through the City's Finance Department at City Hall. Call (262)723-2910 and choose the billing option when prompted. THE BILLING DEPARTMENT HANDLES ALL BILLING RELATED QUESTIONS BY PHONE CALL ONLY AT 262-723-2910 BILLING OPTION.
