Auto Pay

An Auto Pay Authorization form is available at City Hall or click here . Allow your utility bill payment to be deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date for no charge. To avoid confusion or any additional fees, cancel any recurring payments with third party companies.

Online, by Phone, or App

Credit Card, Debit Card, and Electronic Check (E-Check) - Third party fee applies with payments but no fee to view. Call us with the confirmation number if you are subject to disconnection.

Municipal Online Payments - view balances, make payments, view bills and consumption history. You can also pay multiple bills in one payment and save your credit card for future payments. Sign up to receive your bill by email and reminders. Call (866)236-6959 to make a payment by phone. A third party convenience fee of $5.50 apples for credit/debit cards or $2.00 for e-checks. Payment Service Network (PSN) - a third-party convenience fee of $3.30 per transaction applies ($300.00 maximum per transaction on credit or debit cards). Click here for PSN online or call (877)885-7968 to make a payment by phone. PSN now offers a Venmo/PayPal payment option when paying online.

In person 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays)- we accept cash, check, money order, and credit/debit (third party convenience fee applies to credit/debit payments)
